Three ways to work with us, each held to the same standard. The prices below are based on a 2–3 bedroom, 1–2 bath home and shift with size and condition. Every home starts with a range, and we settle on your regular price once we know the house.

Recurring care
Standard Clean
The rhythm most of our clients live by. Every visit covers the whole home, top to bottom, to the same checklist and the same standard, whether it's your first clean or your fiftieth. Recurring care means buildup never gets a chance to start.

The full reset
Deep Clean / First-Time Clean
For homes that need more than a once-over. We work slowly and thoroughly through every room, dealing with buildup and the places that rarely get touched: ceiling fans, light fixtures, switch plates, sills, tracks, door frames, and the grime that collects in a kitchen and bath. It's also how we like to begin recurring service, so every Standard Clean after it starts from a true baseline.

Fresh start
Move-In / Move-Out Clean
An empty home hides nothing. A move-out clean is a full deep clean of everything the furniture had been covering: the walls, doors, trim, and every surface that finally sees daylight. A move-in clean goes further into the interiors, the cabinets, closets and appliances, so the next people through the door feel that same ahhhh.

Interior window washing is not included in either visit. Most clients hire a window washer for that.

Most clients start with a Deep Clean, then settle into a schedule. Whichever you choose, every visit is held to the same standard, and the price is based on the size of your home rather than how often we come.
